In my early 30’s I experienced a major life change. This change took me on a journey that I used as stepping stones. A journey that has had obstacles and delays, but also led me through deep healing from childhood trauma and early adult trauma.

My spiritual path is a continual evolution. Over the last 20 years I have taken a myriad of classes, learning about energy, honing my skills as a healer, and fine tuning my spiritual gifts.

My goal is to help you grow, heal, and awaken your authentic self – to be a rest stop on the never ending spiritual highway, helping people navigate their path on their journey, finding their true north, and most authentic self.

It is with joy that I welcome each soul who is seeking healing from ancestral, past, and present life trauma into my sacred healing space.
